How does it work?
Flash Vaporization Process
The patented MFVS (Mobile Flash Vaporization System) is trailer mounted and can be quickly moved to almost any location and set up for use. Our innovative system uses a very efficient low NOx burner to instantly vaporize water at high volumes. Each of our MFVS’s can vaporize up to 25,000 gallons of water per day, continuously.
To improve safety, this innovative design allows us to evaporate these large volumes at atmospheric pressure levels without the need for any type of boilers or pressurized vessels. Depending on the amount of water that needs to be produced, multiple MFVS’s can be run simultaneously at a location to increase capacity.
1) Water is pumped into Feed Tank
Wastewater from your tank or pond is pumped into the MFVS feed tank.
2) Water moves to Combustion Chamber
The wastewater is pumped from the feed tank into the MFVS combustion chamber where it is vaporized. The clean water vapor goes to the atmosphere, and the remaining slurry is pumped out for disposal.
3) Residual Water is hauled away
The remaining slurry is pumped into your storage tank for reuse or disposal.
